Proshore Nepal is seeking a Project Manager who can manage projects independently with minimal assistance. Project Manager will define the objectives and scopes for each stage of a software development project, and will be responsible for managing quality control and for coordinating the work of all team members to ensure that the project is delivered on time. We have a casual, open office environment in Tinkune within walking distance of the Kantipur Publication Building. Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Set objectives in line with your organisation or client needs, which may include scope, content, timings and budget
• Plan work and set deadlines to meet the agreed needs
• Select, lead and motivate your project team
• Monitor the work to make sure it is on time and within budget
• Co-ordinate the work of your project team and delegate tasks where appropriate
• Identify and manage risks to ensure delivery is on time
• Implement any changes throughout the process
• Serving as an advocate for stakeholder requirements for the project being served, and assisting functional areas or project team in correctly fulfilling client requirements
• Report regularly to management and manage clients expectations

What makes you attractive

• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication and client facing skills
• Should be familiar with software version control tools
• Experience in scrum master role in an agile environment is a plus
• PM certification would be an added advantage
• Experience working with Jira, Trello and other project management tools

Minimum Qualification

• Three or more years in software project management experience in an IT company
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field
• Master’s degree in Management would be a plus
