Immediate Reporting: Head of Production 
Job Summary: 
The Project Manager shall be responsible for the entire production pipeline for the smooth completion of various visual effects and 3D Animation projects within the stipulated deadlines. The Project Manager shall work closely with other production and operation team members for the overall development and growth of the organization. 

Requirements

Qualifications Required

• At least a bachelor’s degree, preferably with specialization in project management. 
• At least 3 year of relevant working experience. 
• Working knowledge of the Visual Effect or CG production pipeline would be an added advantage.
• Possess excellent organization, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and promote a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a high energy, fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintain and oversee the department schedule and project’s pipeline, making sure deadlines met and milestones are achieved.
• Maintain clear and open dialogue with Production Team and Clients.
• Provide current information to other departments.
• Update status reports and tracking documents for the department.
• Ensure proper preparation for all meetings and reviews.
• Manage artist assigned and deliveries.
• Ensure that artists receive, understand and execute notes.
