Note: Candidates should have worked to lead and execute interior finishing projects and did at least two projects of reasonable size( 50,000 sqft and above).

Job Description

Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Use of appropriate techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors, clients and all stakeholders
