Work Purpose: The Project Engineer will help supervise and support sector-specific construction works across the assigned construction site. The primary responsibility of the Project Engineer will be to develop, direct and coordinate a comprehensive Quality Assurance and Quality Control process for House/School Construction. The position holder will also monitor and supervise contractors, material supply flows to the construction sites, and will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors and laborers on project operations as appropriate. 

Required qualifications, Experience and Skills: 

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years’ relevant work experience in alternative house construction and managing contractors, sub-contractors and construction materials
  
• Managing labourers and comprehensive quality assurance and quality control, excellent sustainable house construction knowledge and skills, a good knowledge of computer systems, especially MS Office, excellent communication skills in planning and monitoring
  
• Professional proficiency in the English language. Good report writing skill is required
