About the Project: With an aim of enhancing access of children especially the girls to quality education within safe, resilient and inclusive education facilities and systems, Promoting Inclusive Safe School Project will be implemented in Makwanpur district. The project intends to directly reach 3,913 students, teachers, School Management Committee Members and Parents Teachers Association within 10 schools of the area. This is an integrated project with the components of inclusive education including school reconstruction, child protection, gender and DRR.
Purpose: The position holder will be responsible for providing leadership in coordination and overall delivery of the “Promoting Inclusive Safe School Project in Makwanpur.” The position will be part of the Program Unit team in planning, implementation, partnership management, knowledge management and reporting of the project. The role will ensure timely delivery of the project; and with highest technical quality according to the objectives and approach in the project document, grant agreement document and to the satisfaction of project stakeholders.
Term and Location: Fixed term employment till 30 November 2020 based in Hetauda Field Office.
