Job Description

  • Prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects.
  • Perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries.
  • Liaise with Donors to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
  • Create and Maintain Comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
  • Coordinate the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the Health and Education support project.
  • Extensive field visit to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.
  • Ensure implementation, quality and acceptance within predefined timelines in project plan 
  • Keep close monitoring and control on site wise Profit and Loss, to work within cost budget (Cost)
  • Continuous Interaction with the focal person/Donor and get their feedback on the jobs done/completed
  • Reporting and review meeting, co-ordinate, liase with the Project Managers regarding the daily progress and present the report monthly.
  • Monitor and Guide the team movement and assigned tasks completion within planned outage, employee's performance level and overall project
  • Managing the Vendors, their Payments and handling them appropriately.
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
  • Supervision of construction of public building project sites.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
