• Manage and prepare yearly plan and operation according to National policy and TBSU frame work
• Manage activities achieving the objectives of the SWAP framework
• Coordinate with DDCs/DTOs NGOs of the 11 district for technical assistance (Planning, Monitoring, Design Implementation) of Trail Bridges
• Mobilizing concerned staff and groups for effective and timely implementation of various activities under the assigned programmes
• Providing conceptual and technical input to the Supervisors and guides them in their task
• Other tasks as per TOR

Duration: 4 years

Salary and benefits:

• Salary: Nrs. 100,000/- per month plus Provident Fund and Gratuity
• Other benefits as per company rule
