Ability to work independently and multi-task with minimal supervision. An excellent command of oral and written English and Nepali. Program Officer is responsible for the management and coordination of HIV Program activities at district level ensuring a strong program implementation through NGO partners and in close collaboration with regional and district level government authorities.
