• Manage digital media in close coordination with Directors
• Manage logistics and organizational aspects of events
• Identify venues, coordinating with hotels/venues/vendors/interpreters on all arrangements
• Prepare creative
• Correspond via mail, calls, liaison with participants
• Prepare event materials, note taking, minute of event, transcription
• Work with the designer/vendors to prepare event materials for events
