Federation of Woman Entrepreneurs’ Associations of Nepal (FWEAN) established in 2003 is a not-for-profit organization representing the collective efforts of women entrepreneurs in the economic progress of the nation and decision-making at national and international levels. FWEAN aims to promote women entrepreneurship through advocacy, networking, information dissemination and capacity building throughout the country. It is an apex body of Women Entrepreneurs’ Associations in Nepal (WEAN), with 50 subsidiary WEAN chapters at present.

FWEAN is seeking for a sincere Nepali candidate who is experienced, qualified and can work independently by maintaining integrity at its office based in Kathmandu.

  • Ability to design project related questionnaires and handle survey tools

Job Description

FWEAN is seeking for a sincere Nepali candidate who is experienced, qualified and can work independently by maintaining integrity at its office based in Kathmandu for a 10 months project

  • Responsible for overall Planning and implementation of Project activities
  • Update Regularly and Assists the Program Manager for Programs implementation and setting goals
  • Responsible for, implementation, and accomplishment of the Project activities as per Timeline set out
  • Support in development of Monitoring & Evaluation framework and update in close coordination with the Project Coordinator on a regular basis
  • Coordination and communication with the Participants and beneficiaries for their Presence in the Activities to be implemented
  • Responsible for liaison with other organizations such as development partners/ INGOs/NGOs and government
  • Assisting on Developing New project Proposals
  • Strong Marketing and communication skills including digital marketing, administration, multi -tasking, strong interpersonal skills
  • Responsible for Providing Monthly Progress Report to the Donor agency and Program Manager as per Requirement
  • Assist on Preparation of Documentation and contracts in close coordination with the Finance officer
  • Coordinate with the donor’s Program and financial department to ensure coordination and collaboration with the donors Compliances and Requirements
