• The candidate should have Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Management, Rural Development, Development Studies or related field
• Good understanding of development sector, rights based approach, human rights, social justice, diversity, inclusion and feminist perspective
• 5 years working experience in program management, knowledge on and understanding of local and regional context of human rights, feminist approaches, rights based programming, and local situation/language/culture
• Ability to write and communicate effectively in both Nepali and English languages
