• Supervise and oversee and overall activities and operations carried out at the SIBI Hub- Nepalgunj, including the overall financial and operations management
• Establish and maintain a vibrant, youthful culture at the SIBI Hub
• Identify aspiring entrerpreneurs and promising business ideas by visiting different communities in the six districts
• Supervise the trainings and capacity building activities on Sustainability and Entrepreneurship Development at the SIBI Hub
• Provide mentorship to the aspiring entrepreneurs to design, develop, incubate, and sustain responsible business ideas
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships with different relevant partners in the target districts
• Successfully carry out Youthful Sustainability Campaigns via SIBI Hub
• Prepare reports and report the progress on a timely basis
• Act as a liaison between the SIBI Hub-Nepalgunj and HCI-Kathmandu
