Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee all aspects of law program, ensuring smooth operation and adherence to curriculum standards.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, including law firms, judiciary/advocacy forums, and other stakeholders, to facilitate internships and job placements for students.
Recruit, train, and supervise program faculty and staff, ensuring high-quality instruction and support for students.
Manage program budgets, resources, and facilities, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization.
Monitor student progress and provide academic advising and support, addressing any challenges or concerns.
Organize and conduct program events, workshops, and seminars to enhance student learning and professional development.
Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to promote the program and attract prospective students.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into the program curriculum.
