Program:
- Help and organize event management, coordination, and other admin related work
- Provide administrative support including but not limited to handling internal and external communication, scheduling meetings, maintaining database, and organizing documentation
- Accompany for field visits to the project location as part of program implementation
Communications:
- Collect communication materials from the field (photos, stories, videos, etc.)
- Participate in content creation including write-ups, impact stories, press releases, social media posts, etc.
- Assist with planning and organizing outreach activities
- Assist in forming strategic partnerships with different sectors
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s program, or has completed Bachelor’s in economics, business, entrepreneurship or related subject
- Experience and/or interest in entrepreneurship, civic engagement, governance, communications, and project management
- Effective verbal and written communication in Nepali and English
- Competency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel required and Google applications
- Team orientation with enthusiasm for continuous learning
- Strong motivation, self-starter and organizational/time management skills
- Ability to work independently, multi-task and apply practical problem -solving skills as needed
Travelling: Need to travel outside work station
