Job Description

Professional Development (PD) Trainers  - Nepal 

PD Trainers are responsible for contextualising the learning resources and conducting effective delivery of the session. 

Key responsibilities 

  • Conduct research on the topic/s provided
  • Organise resources, facilities and services to suit training sessions
  • Use appropriate delivery tools such as PowerPoint Presentations, Flip Charts, Flash Cards, etc.
  • Get familiar with the content for each session
  • Engage all participants productively

Requirements

Suitable candidates must: 

  • Be good at conducting research on the relevant topic/s
  • Have high-level skills in Office 365
  • Be familiar with the Learning Management System such as Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, etc. 
  • Be competent in using Teams or Zoom

Desirable

  • Experience in the education and training industry
