Work Experience:

This work experience is essential for all candidates:

• Minimum of five years’ experience in the production, manufacturing and warehousing  sector (Essential)
  
• Minimum of two years’ supervisory and project management experience (HR, Finance, Resource) 
  
• Experience in the herbal production sector is an advantage

• Graduates with degrees in manufacturing and production are especially encouraged to apply
  
• Excellent communication skills in Nepali and English (written and spoken)
  
• Able to confidently communicate to a wide variety of international and national customers
