  • Should be capable to implement solutions to continuously improve the production process, cut production costs and improve quality
  • Ability to create and manage production budgets

Job Description

  • Formulate appropriate and effective production plan.
  • Formulate inventory modality of raw material, finished goods, other goods and accessories to ensure smooth production and operation.
  • Leads initiatives involving the production and quality of the product and the processes encompassing primarily one or more of the following engineering disciplines: failure analysis, manufacturing, manufacturing equipment, process, product, quality assurance, reliability, vendor quality and selection, and tooling design.
  • Ensure for a high performing Focus Factory with long term growth potential as well as individual must possess technical and leadership skills with high caliber to juggle multiple projects in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ensure proper and effective implementation and monitoring of approved production and dispatch plan of the company.
  • Develop all necessary policies and procedures to ensure that plant and equipment is effectively maintained to ensure maximum production efficiency.
  • Develop and monitor all necessary procedures to ensure the continued efficient operation and supply of services provided by utilities.
  • Develop and implement short- and long-term plans to ensure that the factory has the necessary resources to meet business objectives.
  • Perform any other related duties as Management may require from time to time
