• Assists the wine-making team in daily activities
  
• Performs wine-making tasks according to standard operating procedures with thoughtful attention to detail that enhances wine quality
  
• Analyzing the wine at all stages from crushed fruits to bottling the wine
  
• Running wine samples through the lab testing & adding ingredients
  
• Quality control, managing wine & knowing what is happening to it at each stage
  
• Prepare chemical solutions used in laboratory
  
• Follows work orders accurately; makes no mistakes
  
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

NOTE: 

Remember this company is a startup company so we will have to do everything from the bottom.Your main job will be doing a lot of research to make the best wine possible for which the necessary equipment will be provided accordingly. Plus you will be guided by reputed alcohol technician throughout the process.

 Also the working site is on Bamti- Bhandar, Ramechhap District, so make sure you that the location is comfortable for you. We also provide you 45 days paid leave in a year as per your requirement.
