Responsible for production and marketing related activities of WASH products and in ensuring that they are produced in a good environmental condition so that no non-conformity occur in the products delivered. Ensure availability of raw materials and finished products regularly along with the stock documents. Ensure that packaging and product quality is maintained all time. Ensure that all the documents related to production including dispatch records are maintained. Assist in other activities as instructed by the supervisors. Coordinate with senior staff, co-workers and subordinates to maintain cordial relationship with all. Prepare articles based on work in a regular basis for Eco Concern publications and external publications

• Ensure smooth operation of activities related to production of ENPHO products by maintaining suitable working environment for the same
  
• Develop plans for quality control of each product during production and ensure its practice
  
• Ensure the quality of products are maintaining during the production and storing
  
• Ensure record keeping of all the related to WASH products are maintained properly eg. Material order, dispatch, raw material stock, finished products, quality control data etc
  
• Ensure that the required raw, packaging materials and finished products are in place as and when required
  
• Ensure maintenance of supplier and customer records of the laboratory products
  
• Manage human resource (internal and external) for production and maintain necessary record/document
  
• Orient new-staff on the protocols to be followed for production activities and monitor their performance
  
• Ensure that only dispatch the standard quality products on time, make necessary arrangement and maintain proper record/document
  
• Prepare and maintain feedback documents from customers, perform periodic analysis and initiate necessary activities for enhancing the product
  
• Conduct supplier evaluation based on their performance index
  
• Conduct analysis of the demand and supply trends of the product
  
• Involve in strategic planning of marketing and production activities
  
• Conduct other activities as instructed as and when required
  
• Proposal development for the marketing of the WASH product and services
