Professionally represent the organization and provide necessary information to internal and external customers
Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of company operations and processes to ensure efficient operations
Responsible for managing project staff and dealing with inquiries from stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner
Reports daily to the immediate manager/supervisor in a timely manner using an efficient record-keeping system
Assists supervisor and other project managers in preparing and managing correspondence, reports, and documents
Review files and records to answer requests for information
Organizes and coordinates meetings, training, and official events as needed
Ensures smooth operation of projects and escalates pending issues
Responsible for general daily administration including logistics activities
Responsible for onboarding and continuous follow up with partners and participants
Responsible for field surveys to ensure the smooth operation of the pilots
Perform other tasks assigned by Aeloi Technologies
