Job Description

Create the confidence in the customer that their search for the right software solution (PoS) by showing our quality product demo to prospects clients. Make customers understand the value and appreciate the benefits to maximize commercial value for our solutions. You will be closely working with sellers who have accounts with online ecommerce platforms such as Daraz Nepal and Sasto Deal. 

You believe in taking baby steps towards success, enjoy learning by doing and believe in building a strong network in the market to collaborate at the right time for success. You strongly believe domain, business and product knowledge and skill contribute to success and enjoy learning small modules in the product each day.

You enjoy working independently, self motivated, and can handle rejections and move forward towards plan achievement and learn from every poor experience and back on track. Most of the work assigned will be remotely and you will have to be good at digital communication. 

Responsibilities:

  • You will prepare and review the monthly / weekly plan for your territory. 
  • Run minimum 1 campaign each month to reach out to existing leads in the assigned area to generate as many prospects from them.
  • Updating customers, keeping them in loop on changes to the product they are using and keep them updated on the latest enhancements.
  • You need to establish trust in the relationship with the customer and gain the respect of the customer by ensuring the implementation delivers on the promise made during sales
  • You will be the go-to person understand his/her needs, addressing unhappiness on a timely manner thus accelerating business through references

Day-to-day task would be:

  • Managing on-boarding process prospective customer
  • Training to Point of sales
  • Generating business thru identified point of sales
  • Relationship Management   
  • Vendor/Agency facing, handling, on-boarding, relationship management, PO and Payment Management.
