Masters Degree with 2 years of experience/ Graduates with at least 5 years of experience
Experience in automobile, part sales, FMCG preferred
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Good commercial acumen and analytical skills
Leadership and decision making Skills
Relationship building and people management skills
Knowledge of MS – Office and Power Point presentations etc.

Plan annual Key Activities
Conduct need analysis for Monthly KAP and allocate planned activities accordingly
Plan and forecast monthly sales trend and seasonal analysis
Prepare monthly budget for KAP on need basis
Deal with principal companies as and when required
Carry out market analysis and implement market development programs
Lead the team to achieve volume and market share target
Ensure target market coverage
Monitor daily sales and sales process
Maintain financial discipline
Liaise with financial institutions to facilitate opening of LC for customers
Conduct regular industry and competitor analysis
Monitor stock, maintain appropriate stock level, and ensure availability
Provide feedback for inventory planning and management
Manage, train, and motivate direct reporting staff according to company policies and procedures
