• Support the product team and act as the primary product and support specialist for Alibaba products for Daraz Nepal
• Escalate local issues/bugs identified to relevant cross-country (regional) teams
• Streamline process between business and product team and define/refine SOPs
• Liaison product improvements for Daraz Nepal with regional product team
• Create and conduct product training sessions to educate users and stakeholders regarding products and platforms
• Product configurations with alignment with business objectives
• Creating the BRDs for new product solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of experience in Product Management or IT QA Manager
• Strong understanding of web development concepts and technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Proven skills in handling project management tools like JIRA and Trello
• Strong documenting skill is a must Experience with unit testing and end-to-end testing
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Strong communication and teamwork skills
