• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or equivalent
  
• Not less than 2 years of technical hands on experience, supporting and administering application and systems
  
• Experience user management and application support to clients
  
• Positive, energetic, and self-driven attitude to continually develop technical skills and troubleshoot issues
  
• Strong communication skills - both verbal and written in Nepali and English
• Capable to troubleshoot issues (Machine related and user level software related)
  
• Analyze, install, monitor, and support of application and/or Operating System
  
• Coordinates with service providers and vendors to ensure reliable service
  
• Capable and comfortable in adopting and working on new technology
  
• Develop maintenance and testing procedures for electronic components and equipment
  
• Evaluate systems and recommend equipment repair
  
• Should be highly motivated, self-driven, Hard working and able to work in team as well as independently 

Note: Preference will be given to candidates having prior experience in repair and maintenance of various electrical and electronic equipment used in banks and financial institutions
