Productivity analysis is a kind of measuring the activities of the performance of an entity. The purpose of analyst is to provide the appropriate solution to a problem that hinders the attainment of production goals in the present and future of the company. General Responsibility:

• Working with the team to provide business alternative and recommend solution before, during and after the implementation process.
• Identifying, evaluating and documenting business requirements and technical needs.
• Using a variety of techniques and tools to test, verity and supports implementation of projects.
• Experience in management consulting, business operations or analytics environment
• Demonstrated problem solving capability.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; effective verbal / written communication skills including presentation skills.
• Synthesize analytics requests from internal partners, adapt and prioritize base on bigger picture business problems.
• Gather relevant data to conduct analysis and make strategic recommendations for the management team.
• Publishes productivity reports and trains leaders, analysts and support personnel on how to interpret and react to productivity results.
• Assists with the implementation of new productivity and tools for implementation of project.
• Develop management tools to support ongoing project which helps to be improve our targets.
• Problem solving analytical and critical thinking skills.

Job Specification:

• Knowledge of spreadsheet software and word processing software. This includes Microsoft programs such as Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Skillful in interpersonal, time management, communication, problem solving skills
• Familiarity with the internet and internet browsers including Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Safari.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Strong leadership, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
• Proficient with MS Office and MS Excel.
• Ability document procedures that are easily understood by others.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Candidate preferred with a strong communication skills are a must.
• Ability to generate expense and other financial reports in excel.
• Fluency in English and Nepali essential ( both oral and written).
• Able to work under pressure and deadline.
• Ability to work in a team.
