Job Description

  • Prepare purchase order and communicate PO to vendors
  • Follow up for dispatch status with Vendors
  • Management of all documents related to Import
  • Communicate and coordinate with clearing agent as well as Transporter to make sure that materials reaches us on time
  • Work closely with Accounts department so as to make sure that all financial activities related to vendors are up to date
  • Sales order management
  • Overstock management
  • Overall management of communication related with Vendors
