Job Summary:

The incumbent is responsible for handling all procurement related activities of the organization.Procurement Manager will manage the company’s requirement of commodities and services. Procurement Manager‘s responsibilities include strategizing to find cost-efficient procurement of commodities and services under specified time while ensuring the compliance related to company’s procurement policy, donor requirement and Public Procurement Act (where applicable).

Minimum Qualification: 

• MBA or equivalent degree
  

Minimum Experience: 

• 5 years of experience in procurement activities
  

• Experience of procurement activities related to the private, public or donor-funded organization or in a company of similar size and similar nature. Working experience at managerial level will be highly preferred
  

Required Competencies/Skills/others: 

• Able to draft and develop independently; Contract Document, Bid Document and technical specification required for the operational product and capital goods
  
• Financial Management skills, Technical Capacity skills, Communication Proficiency, Problem Solving/Analysis skills, Decision Making skills
  
• Able to articulate, analyze, comply and implement the mandates mentioned in the Donor agreement and Procurement Policy
  
• Knowledge of USAID procurement rules will be preferred
