Work Purpose: To oversee the requisitioning, ordering and payment process of all categories of goods and services across all commodities categories, including ministry supplies, info technology equipment, office supplies, and transportation

Minimum Qualifications and Experience required:
Bachelor’s Degree (preferably Master’s Degree) in Management/Administration or other related subject from recognized University with least five years professional experience in procurement, strong negotiation, interpersonal and organizational skills, strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay processes, effective communication and strong analytical skill; must be able to interact with a diverse groups.

Core competencies for the above mentioned positions: 
Competent in using MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint presentation, ability to operate effectively and sensitively in the cultural context of Nepal, willingness to commit to World Vision ethos, vision, mission and core values, self-motivated, confident, independent, creative with strong analytical and interpersonal skills,  positive learning attitude and concern for the poor and vulnerable people, good report writing skills; with fluency in Nepali and English – both oral and written.
