Job Description

We are currently seeking enthusiastic, energetic, and resourceful & target-oriented individuals to join us as Public Relations & Business Development (Freelancer). This is an immediate & challenging hiring opportunity for those who are especially expert in manpower supply agencies, having a talent for connecting with job seekers from different provinces willing to apply for overseas jobs.

This role demands setting ambitious project-wide sourcing and meeting targets with urgency, dedication, and a strong sense of ownership & leadership. 

Role & Responsibility

  • Must be proactive on-the-ground engagement, a deep understanding of manpower/recruitment agencies, overseas job vacancies and the drive to achieve given target with a positive and success-oriented mindset. 
  • Must possess strong in-sourcing abilities, excel at screening potential candidates, is energetic and self-motivated, and be able to work independently. 
  • You will be expected to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing, screening, interviewing to recruiting and ensuring project completion within the given timelines. 
  • You will be responsible for recruiting candidates & meeting targets for a diverse workforce, like construction and trade workers, labors, cleaners, security guards, drivers, hospitality workers, caregivers, health workers etc. 
  • Your key responsibilities will include successfully sourcing suitable candidates from provincial local markets, labor hubs, and training centers. 
  • Building and nurturing a strong referral network within the community/circle will also be crucial to success.
