Shree Kumari Primary School

Shree Kumari Educational Trust is seeking for a Principal in Shree Kumari Primary School situated in Hasaura, Kawasot 4, Nawalparasi, providing education with hostel facility to the poor, orphan and deprived children.

Position: Principal

Major duties and responsibilities:

Providing an atmosphere free of any bias in which students can achieve their maximum potential, thus ensuring the growth and personal development of every student in a safe learning environment.
Helping teachers maximize their teaching potential by conducting and providing training; offer the opportunity to follow courses that benefit the education or general well-being of the students. Taking initiative to introduce new ideas.
Creating an optimal educational atmosphere.

Required skills and qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor Level completed in Education or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of experience as the Principal/Vice Principal in reputed school.
Age between 30 and 50 years.
Good moral character and no criminal record (police report).
Must have excellent computer knowledge and public communication skills.
Must be visionary in leadership, school development plan formulation and implementation.
The idea of modern innovative teaching methodology and must be able to train teachers accordingly.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
Proficiency in the English Language and adeptness in computer applications.
Should have a motivated spirit for the poor, orphaned and deprived children and child rights.

Salary and benefits:

Salary: between 35,000- 60,000 Nepali Rupees.
The possibility to stay in the hostel of the Kumari School.
A work environment with lovely children and students.
