Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a Primary Teacher with a passion for education and a minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field. The ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality, fluency in spoken and written English, and proficiency in computer skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons to primary school students.
Create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation.
Assess and monitor student progress to ensure educational goals are met.
Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development.
Monitoring and assessing student progress and writing up reports.
Monitor and assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student performance.
Collaborate with colleagues, participate in professional development activities, and contribute to the overall growth of the school community.
Uphold the values of NCCS and adhere to professional standards and ethical guidelines.
Perform other duties related to teaching and learning activities as and when assigned by the school authority.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Higher Secondary degree in Education or relevant field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in teaching or related field.
Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
Fluency in spoken and written English.
Additional courses or training in education would be advantageous.
An ability to teach groups of children of varying ages, needs, and abilities.
Patience and excellent observational, communication, and diagnostic skills.
The ability to multitask, keep calm under pressure, and treat everyone with love and respect.
