• Create and implement daily lesson plans for primary grade students, incorporating a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles 
• Develop and maintain a positive and engaging learning environment for students 
• Assess students' academic progress and provide feedback to parents and administration 
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall learning experience 
• Establish and maintain open communication with parents and guardians to ensure a successful academic journey for students 
• Help to organize and participate in school events, such as field trips and parent-teacher conferences 
• Utilize technology and other educational resources to enhance students' learning experience
