• Oversee all the involved technical aspects of photo capture and video recording on schedule
• Collaborate with our Editorial team and meet their daily photo/video requirements
• Apply graphics and other special effects to videos and photos if needed
• Transforms raw photos/videos and scripts to create creative finished products as per the specifications of our digital brands
• Oversee creation of the different type of videos/photos such as contents for diverse categories on our digital magazines (products, events, feature videos and more), oversee the creation of photo/video content for our corporate, advertisement and community purposes and manage the workflow of all photo/video contents
• Ensure that quality expectations are achieved, standard management & operating procedures are followed, and organizational goals & missions are achieved
• Create (or oversee when needed) proper performance reports of the photo/video team, and report to the Managing Editor with proper strategies and recommendations to increase brand value, production performance and productivity
• Get up-to-date about trends and issues reflected by the industry leaders, stakeholders, and experts for better photo/video strategy
