Job Description (Production Officer):

  • Assists the Production Manager to carry out day to day floor activities
  • Responsible for production of various pharmaceuticals products in different therapeutic form and dosage form
  • Assists in and guide preparation and effective, implementation of various standards operating procedures
  • Provide awareness training with regard to quality and environmental management system implementation
  • Carry out on-site verification of cleaning operations and ensure that cleaning operations meet the planned results
  • Identify the training needs and forward for approval
  • Co-ordinate the production activities of different units / sections
  • Verify the availability of material, human, machinery, resources before commencement of production
  • Plan the daily production work and communicate the same /by organizing a short collective morning briefing meeting
  • Co-ordinate the various shift works of different units/sections
  • Report to the production manager

Job Description (Quality Control Officer):

  • Responsible for preparation and authorization all quality control documents.
  • Responsible for performing tests in accordance with the approved methods and evaluation of the analytical results for independent decision to release or reject raw materials, packaging materials, bulk products and finished products based on the specified tests performed.
  • Responsible for development of analytical method.
  • Responsible for validation of analytical method.
  • Provides overall direction for the technical and administrative operations in the chemical and microbiological laboratory, in-process control GMP and GLP implementation.
  • Responsible for the inspection of raw materials, packaging materials and production process and for reviewing all production records prior to release of the finished products.
  • Responsible for stability testing of finished products.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all analytical instruments are correctly utilized, maintained, Calibrated and their spare parts are always made available for smooth operation of QC.
  • Assists in developing new product formulations, product specifications and in conducting GMP inspections to ensure strict adherence to GMP rules.
  • Conducts annual appraisal on all subordinates and prepare monthly report of all activities.
  • Helps production manager to prepare annual production budget and improve the production cost.

Job Description (Quality Assurance Officer):

  • Responsible for the document control of the company.
  • Responsible for dispensing of raw materials and packaging materials according to requisition.
  • Responsible for preparation and authorization all quality assurance documents.
  • Responsible for monitoring the performance of quality systems and procedures and assess their effectiveness.
  • Effort for continues improvement of quality system of the company.
  • Set up procedures for implementation of WHO GMP.
  • Communicate with regulatory bodies in quality related isssues of the company.
  • Assure validation of manufacturing procedures.
  • Responsible for the release of finished product/ raw materials in accordance with quality system of the company..
  • Approve master processing procedures and master packaging procedures.
  • Perform self-inspection and GMP trainings.
  • Directly responsible for all change control system and approve change.
  • Responsible for the guidance to the staffs and officers in the Production and QC.
  • Controls and supervise all the activities of ware house and maintenance department.
