Job Description

The position requires for the applicant to be able to manage the entire operations of a 20-25 room Jungle resort hotel in Chitwan (Sauraha).
Primary responsibilities of a Person In-charge are:

  • Take care of the entire guest stay and ensure every guest has a great experience.
  • Oversee and Coordinate all activities as well as be able to lead clients/groups on all activities.
  • Oversee the entire Resort premise and assets
  • Oversee the entire operation of the Resort
  • Oversee conferences and events 
  • Manage a team of 15-30 people
  • Should be able to consistently meet targets and goals
  • Ensuring smooth operation of all departments
  • Effectively resolving guest complains
  • Completing required paperwork
  • Conducting regular and timely reporting
  • Carrying out Marketing and Sales Activities
  • Being a local representative for the company

  • Have good knowledge of jungle activities and the Chitwan National Park
