• Develop and implement paid advertising strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels
• Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to optimize campaign performance and reach the target audience.
• Design captivating ad language and build visually appealing ad creatives to attract and engage users.
• Build and manage advertising campaigns, including setting up the budget, managing the bids, and scheduling the ads.

Job Specification

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of proven work experience as a Paid Ads Specialist.
• Strong understanding of advertising platforms' best practices, including those for Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
• Knowledge of analytical tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, or comparable platforms and proficiency with data analysis.
• Proficient understanding of audience targeting, segmentation, and keyword research.
• Imaginative thinking with the capacity to create interesting ad creatives and persuasive ad text.
• Ability to understand data and make judgments based on it, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
