Nava Dristi Eye Hospital, a growing eye hospital in eastern Nepal located at Itahari, the center of province no. 1 is seeking an application from qualified Nepali candidates (aged 23-40).

Responsibilities:

• Ensure facilities for the medical team and patients.
• To be able to organize eye camp in different institution such as school, office, different community etc.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of the camp.
• Should have the capabilities to communicate with target people.
• Responsible for connecting an organization with the surrounding community.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational and time management skills, thoroughness, and careful attention to detail
• Ability to effectively multi-task.
• Basic computer skill 
• Valid bike’s license holder
• Arranging transportation to the camp site and ensuring safety of all the team members.
• Informing the Hospital Manger about the number of patients coming from the Camp to make arrangements.
• Taking responsibility in bringing patient from camp site to the hospital.
• Analyzing the factors, which have influenced the outcome of previous camp and present in the meetings.
• Responsible in making sure that the proportionate target is achieved every month.
• To choose the service area and decide the place they want to organize eye camps.
• To create awareness about eye diseases and facilities provided by Nava Dristi eye hospital.
• Motivating the sponsor and fixing the date for the camp.
• Reporting to the hospital manager regarding the camp fixing.

Requirement and Competency:

• Registered in NHPC
• PCL in Ophthalmic Science or Bachelor in Optometry.
