Job Role:

Are you looking to make an immediate impact on a talented travel sales team Are you excited by the prospect of joining a travel company with the pedigree and expertise to become a leader in both domestic and international travel We need self-motivated salespeople who are poised communicators, thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for international travel.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • To sell Group tours to individual and families
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales actively listen to callers clients to determine their needs with demonstrated product knowledge and sales expertise to facilitate purchase of holiday package destinations.
  • FIT sales holiday packages to Europe, Middle East, Asia and South East Asia
  • Maintain thorough contact records and make outbound calls to follow up on leads
  • Close sales and maintain consultative relationship with guests to ensure satisfaction for a repetitive business
  • Maintain a high level of customer service
  • Generate new sales opportunities, convert in-house leads from our marketing initiatives and be responsible for the overall travel experience of your customers
  • Ensure repetitive sales by building strong relationships and meeting the needs of customers throughout the entire tour-planning process
  • Harness your customer knowledge and expertise to suggest and implement your own entrepreneurial ideas in order to keep our business on the cutting edge
  • Take appropriate steps to meet personal sales goals
  • Adhere to department guidelines for day-to-day responsibilities including phone etiquette, attendance and accuracy
