Job Description

  • Identify training needs for employees and assist in design, development and delivery of various training and development curriculum and activities, concentrated on supervisory/ managerial level
  • Liaise with training institutes, find suitable trainers according to the training need identified and finalize training programs and trainers based on it
  • Proactively and creatively assist in the assessment of learning programs and processes in the company and recommend improvements
  • Perform research based study on various organizational concerns and suggest recommendations
  • Assist in identifying organizational performance gaps and help to develop strategies and tactics to effectively narrow down the gaps
  • Involve in projects and activities for overall human resources and organizational development
  • Support the maintenance of a healthy, positive and developing work culture in the organization
  • Support in strengthening the performance management system in the organization
