Key responsibilities

• Organizational Approaches Specialist is responsible to undertake non-negotiable vulnerability assessments, including UCPVA (Underlying Causes of Poverty and Vulnerability Assessment), REFLECT and PEA (Political Economic Analysis), and support in effective program design and implementation based on assessment findings

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree in social or behavioral science or relevant field with minimum three years of relevant experience
• Experience in social research and database management is desirable
