Role Description

We’re seeking a full-time, on-site Operations Manager at NP Rugs in Kathmandu. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, managing production processes, coordinating with artisans, ensuring quality control, and optimizing efficiency in the rug-making process. You’ll play a vital part in ensuring the seamless integration of tradition and innovation that defines NP Rugs.

Qualifications

•  Strong organizational and leadership skills
•  Experience in operations management or a related field
•  Knowledge of production processes and quality control
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
•  Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
•  Experience in the textile or art industry is a plus
•  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
