Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our factory’s productions, inventories, quality control, and sales. Operations Manager should take responsibility and ensure production goals are met efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality standards.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in operations/production management, especially having experience in the food processing industry, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Plan, coordinate, and manage all production activities to meet weekly and monthly production targets.
Ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards throughout the production process and in the factory premises.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure a seamless workflow.
Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to ensure optimal efficiency.
Supervise and lead production staff, providing training, support, and performance feedback.
Report regularly to the head office regarding inventory positions, production reports, and KPI of factory teams.
Implement and maintain good manufacturing practices (GMP) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure products meet the highest quality standards.
Coordinate with the legal team to ensure compliance with all government bodies and agencies are met and renewed yearly.
Oversee the maintenance and repair of factory's equipment, and other assets to minimize downtime.
Manage and monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products, ensuring timely procurement and inventory levels for a smooth supply chain.
Analyze production data, monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the production team and factory premises.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the operations team.
