Job Description

  • Manage Cash Unit to ensure availability of funds in the branch to ensure adequacy of deposit withdrawals and loan disbursement whenever required.
  • Support the teller staffs while receiving deposits in various accounts and making payments against cheques as and when problem arises.
  • Handle properly the outward and inward clearing functions maintaining proper registers.
  • Prepare flash report and send it to the HO for providing information about the performance of the branch in relation to operations of the branch.
  • Monitor and Handle the account opening and closing task issue of cheque books and account statement and all other such front desk task.
  • Maintain signature card files. Insert new signature cards and purge cards on closed acts
  • Remove/ replace signature cards on business accounts as necessary.
  • Keep records of all the insurance documents, insurance renewal and insurance issuance documents for ensuring timely availability of the records
  • Monitor and maintain the record of the journal voucher and cash voucher for ensuring safety in the daily transactions performed
  • Disburse, close and reschedule the loan of the customers of the branches for aiding the customers of the branches for receiving loan and paying of the same.
