Role Description

  • This is a full-time role for an Operations Executive. 
  • The Operations Executive will be responsible 
  • Developing hiring strategies, conducting interviews, and onboarding new content creators.
  • Designing efficient workflows for content creation, editing, and publishing.
  • Ensuring that content meets brand standards and resonates with the target audience.
  • Managing budgets, equipment, and software necessary for content creation.
  • Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of content and community pages.
  • Overseeing the development and management of social media community pages, including engagement strategies and moderation.


  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with diverse teams
  • Experience in operations management and coordinating daily activities
  • Analytical skills to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial:

  • Experience in social media marketing or influencer marketing
  • Knowledge of popular social media platforms and their algorithms
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
