Place the Purchase Order
Get the Proforma Invoice
Receive the update about the production and shipment status
Coordinate with technical team for the compliance of goods before delivery
Get the required documents for import of goods
Coordinate with shipper and logistics company and track the shipment
Ensure the smooth supply chain operation to ensure timely delivery of goods and services to customers.
Coordinate with customer and prepare the necessary shipping documents, custom documents and banking procedures.
Update the customer about the current status of goods and maintain the good public relation
Keep track of all ongoing projects and ensure the delivery of all goods before deadline
Identifies areas for improvement in operational processes and implements changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
Prepares operational reports and analyzes data to provide insights and recommendations for improving operational performance.
