Job Description

  • Responsible for day to day operation
  • Effectively delegate jobs and responsibilities to office staff
  • set targets and incentives to increase turnover of the office
  • Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports and schedules in an organized and timely manner
  • Manage staff disagreements, grievances and situations
  • Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection
  • Ensuring financial targets and other agreed targets are met in all departments
  • Reviewing working practices to ascertain if it is successful and if not, devise an alternative
  • Making sure safety regulations are followed 
  • Keeping employees motivated and organizing appropriate training
  • Investigating customer satisfaction and reporting any issues
  • Reviewing and approving equipment needs
