Job Description

Strategic Operations

  • Planning, execution and strategic supports to BODs/Director
  • Policy making, planning, and implementation
  • Initiate structural reforms for the whole organization

Human Resource Operations

  • Team management, planning, and process standardization
  • Supervise HR processes and develop HR strategies
  • Handling employee grievances with support of HR team
  • Facilitate to organize training and development activities
  • Facilitate and support in performance appraisal and rewards system
  • Trainees/interns  selection and training
  • Succession, retention and turnover planning

System Operations

  • Team management, planning, and process standardization
  • Procurement budget, procurement planning, vendor payment and procurement documentation
  • Inventory and Stock management and resolve related issues immediately
  • Systems and devices management and resolve related issues immediately

Support Services Operations

  • Team management, planning, and process standardization
  • Supervising overall housekeeping regularly and resolve related issues immediately
  • Kitchen/ canteen management
  • Company Liaison & Employee Branding
  • Strategic networking
  • Interdepartmental coordination
