Job Description

  • Maintain communication with management, staff and vendors to ensure proper operations of the institution.
  • Increase the order of existing organizational procedures to make sure that the organization's internal capacity is sustained. 
  • Make sure operational activities are executed in a timely and economical manner.
  • Has to maintain a log of purchase.
  • Has to check the quality and quantity of goods ordered.
  • Has to be updated about current market price (quotation must be collected minimum of five different shops)
  • Has to prepare a comparative chart of rate/quality & recommend the economical price.
  • Has to check all incoming goods (Store, repair items, canteen) with delivery clip (challan).
  • Has to repair school properties (all blocks) after getting a repair list from Store Inventory in IN charge.
  • Has to supervise CMA, nannies, guards, office runners & canteen staff & give reports to the management in coordination with the department head.
  • Coordinates in event planning to oversee the preparations, requirements and successful execution. 
  • Reports every fort weekly about the registered logistics.
  • Cooperate with different departments such as HR, Academics etc in their events.  
  • Oversees the security protocol and is followed and managed.
  • Any other work as and when required by the  Senior Management.
