Excellent Computer knowledge
Accounting knowledge would be preferred

Job Description

Manage the daily operations of the organization
Handle communications with Customers
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures
Manage and support recruiting efforts and staff administration
Maintain control of the payment process
Lead the troubleshooting efforts and solve the problems as they occur and ensure service integrity
