Job Description

Strategic Planning and Implementation

  • Analyze, design, document, and implement internal reporting systems and standard operating procedures for the organization and development, implementation, and evaluation of new or modified operating policies, practices, and procedures within the specified functional area of focus

Entire Facilities Operations Monitoring and Cost Control

  • Ensure maintenances of all the equipment on a periodic basis so as to minimize the breakdown, departmental expenses, and maintain revenue/accounts related records

Customer Service

  • Develop customer service procedures, policies and standards for the organization. Analyze the data to determine the level of customer service, the organization is providing

Reporting and Communication

  • Reporting to Top Management on operational efficiency. Conducting management review meetings. Plan, direct and coordinate various aspects of the operating area

Project Planning & Involvement

  • Get involved in new project and to provide strategic planning on the new business to come. Projecting the requirements to management through proper strategic analysis
